Tasteholic has been serving authentic Nepali cuisine since 2006, now complemented by popular North Indian and Indo‑Chinese dishes. Since Smita Shetty took over in 2025, the restaurant has strengthened its reputation for warm ambience, consistent quality, and attentive service. The restaurant’s revival is led by a dedicated team of founders who stepped in with a bold vision and a shared belief in the potential of this space. With complementary strengths in hospitality, branding, and business strategy.
Indian‑born founders Smita Shetty, who has spent more than a decade in the UAE, and Madhu Balakrishnan, residing in the USA, bring a dynamic blend of global experience and purpose to the restaurant’s transformation.
